Shipping and Returns
All UK including Northern Ireland orders are shipped with our courier partner, Hermes.
Parcels sent to the Republic of Ireland or international orders are shipping with Royal Mail.
What Can We Return?
We’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered.
We are only able to accept returns on items if they are returned unworn and in original packaging. Jewellery & cosmetic products cannot be returned once used. If you have any problems with these items please contact us as soon as possible after the problem arises.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your By Caitlyn Collection products.
Our customer service team would be happy to assist – Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note shipping costs are not refundable
Shipping & Handling
Here at By Caitlyn Collection we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working business days. UK orders will arrive between 3-7 working days.
Orders to the Republic of Ireland take between 7-10 days, other international orders may take slightly longer than this.
